Value and validity

• The Gift Card can be purchased at the Info Point in free denominations going from a minimum of € 25 to a maximum of € 500; or online for set denominations going from a minimum of € 25 to a maximum of € 200.
• It can be used on various different occasions throughout the year until the credit is used up.
• The overall value of the Gift Card can be spent by the cardholder within 12 months of card activation, after which any residual amount will be cleared as set forth in the cardholder’s general terms of contract.
• Should the customer exceed the amount on the Gift Card whilst making a purchase, he/she may make the rest up by using another means of payment acceptable to the store.
• The cardholder is not entitled to reimbursements in cash for any unused amount left on the card nor may the card be topped up.

Redeemable by the bearer

The Gift Card is redeemable by the bearer. There are no spaces for a name or a signature, therefore there is no need to show an ID card in order to make a purchase.
It is like having cash. If it gets lost, stolen or damaged, it cannot be blocked and Euroma2 cannot be held liable for misuse, theft, loss or damage.

According to current regulations, the Gift Card is tax free within the annual limits indicated below and is deductible from business income.

In the face of the latest regulatory changes, the Gift Card is the tool that allows each company to be able to grant its employees the donations provided for by art. 51 paragraph 3 of the T.U.I.R. and exempt from income tax from employment up to an annual amount of € 516.46 per person as established by art. 6-quinquies of the Decree-Law no. 69/2021

For Customers: gifts to Customers (such as client-appreciation ideas or complimentary corporate gifts for business promotion) are deductible up to a maximum limit of € 50.00 each without a set number of purchasable cards, as set forth under sections 2-3 of the 2008 Budget Law, letter p) art. 108, paragraph 2.
